Research

UCSD plays host to a very large and diverse collection of research activities, including discipline-crossing fields such as neuroscience, nanoscience, and climate science. UCSD researchers have included Nobel and Pulitizer prize winners, members of the National Academics, and recipients of MacArthur Foundation "genius grants."
